Microchip Technology AVR DU microcontrollers feature the AVR CPU with a hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 24 MHz. These MCUs offer up to 64 KB Flash, up to 8 KB SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM. The AVR DU MCUs come in 14-pin, 20-pin, 28-pin, and 32-pin package options. These MCUs support crystal-less USB operation and include an optional internal 3.3V voltage regulator. 

The AVR DU family of MCUs uses Core Independent Peripherals (CIPs) and USB 2.0, along with an Event System and Configurable Custom Logic (CCL), to provide efficient data transfer and noise immunity for industrial applications. These MCUs offer seamless USB updates and TTL-compatible pins for secure, uninterrupted functionality.
